Ukhamba Holdings has three shareholders, namely Ukhamba Trust, Imperial Holdings Ltd and the Imperial and Ukhamba Community Development Trust. The Trust holds 47.1% of Ukhamba Holdings, with Imperial retaining 46.9 %. The remainder is held by the Community Trust.
